Questions

You have questions? We have answers!

Pablo

Yes (thank god, finally). Your team talks in Kithe, so it is the only chat tool you need. But, unlike Slack, when you send a message Kithe remembers what was decided, gets your question to whoever can answer it, and keeps your priorities clear.

Pablo

There's four main things that will save you time instantly:

  • Everything in one page. Open Kithe in the morning and see who is waiting on you and what broke overnight, instead of walking through Slack, GitHub, Linear and email.
  • Your agents, finally visible. Every agent you have running lands on that same page, live: what each one is working on right now, how far it has got, and which ones stopped to ask you something an hour ago.
  • Send without addressing. Say what you need: if the company already knows the answer you get it instantly, and if not it reaches the right person. No channel picking, no guessing who to ping.
  • Memory nobody had to write. Ask "what did we decide about pricing?" and get the answer with who said it and when, even if it was said in passing months ago and nobody wrote it down.

Slack stores what everyone said, but it has no idea what any of it meant.

Pablo

Yes, as it happens. Kithe gives you a small reporter you drop into your machine, and your local agent sessions post their progress live: what they are working on, how far along they are, and the moment they stop to ask something. The agents Kithe runs for you report the same way. Best part: an agent sitting on a permission prompt waits on your page, where you can see it, instead of in a terminal window nobody has open.

Pablo

You keep them, for now. Kithe connects to your tools, reads them, and updates them when new knowledge enters the system. When something in them needs you, say a deploy that broke or a ticket waiting on your call, it shows up on your page instead of dying in a notification.

Pablo

A channel gives every kind of work the same shape, while Kithe tailors the spaces to the type of work it contains. An engineer project looks like an engineering project and a sales team looks like a sales team, not like a blob of text.

Pablo

You can change the rule or delete it, all rules show who set them and when.

Pablo

A wrongly routed message can be rerouted to the right person from where it sits (and Kithe routes it correctly the next time, we learn from everything that happens in Kithe).

Pablo

You set the scope of what Kithe reads so what it learns stays in the space where it belongs. A direct message does not reach a dev project unless you send it there.

AI-native startups and small teams, and it works best as the first tool you set up. There are no habits to unlearn, no old workspace to migrate, and Kithe learns your company from day one. We will support migrations from Slack, your custom company brain and other chat / knowledge systems too, we'll be working close with you to best learn and meet your needs.

Kithe rhymes with scythe. It comes from Old English cȳþan, and it means to make known. It is a cousin of kith, the people you know. We expect to correct people on this for about a year or two. (PS. I still get it wrong sometimes, not gonna lie)
